Thank you for shopping with Cael Gear. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refunds and return policy below to understand your rights and responsibilities.

Returns Eligibility

You may request a return for most items purchased from Cael Gear if:

• The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it

• The request is made within 7 days of delivery

Items that are damaged due to misuse or not in their original condition are not eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your item. Include the following information:

• Your order number

• The item(s) you wish to return

• The reason for the return

• A photo of the item (if defective or damaged)

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Please do not send items back without authorization.

Return Time Frame

Approved return items must be shipped back to us within 5 days after receiving return approval. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Your refund will be processed within 7 business days

• Refunds will be issued to your original method of contact (in the case of a COD order, we will coordinate directly via email for refund arrangements)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items marked as final sale

• Items received more than 7 days ago

• Items showing signs of use, wear, or tampering

• Damaged items not due to our error

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
